The Antigua Yacht Club is hosting a Mini Dinghy Regatta.

RULES: Racing will be governed by the 2017-2030 ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing, the Laser Class Rules, the prescription of the race committee, and by the sailing instructions.

Please reserve your boats early by emailing events@yachtclub.ag – we have a limited number of boats.

Please pay your entry fees at the Office by Saturday 13th January 2018 by 4pm.

Entry Fee – Single-handed $50 and EC$75- double-handed.

Sailors enrolled in the Winter Semester program who attend classes on Sundays are exempt from paying the entry fee.

SCHEDULE: Set up and briefing will be at 8:30 a.m.

Warning for the first start will not be before 9:30a.m on Sunday.

EQUIPMENT:  The racing will be sailed in standard and radial Lasers, Optimist, Quba, Feva and Venture.

If one has a preference in equipment, you are more than welcome to bring your own.

COURSE & NO. OF RACES: The races will be sailed in Falmouth Harbour and will be Trapezoid or Windward/Leeward.  The course will be given in the sailing instructions.  There will be a maximum of 5 races with one discard.

PRIZES & SCORING:  Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.  Scoring will be in accordance with Appendix A.
