We are writing on behalf of the Barbados Sailing Week 2026 Organising Committee to kindly request your assistance in reaching out to your members who may be interested in participating in Barbados Sailing Week 2026.
Barbados Sailing Week is the island’s premier annual regatta and the original Mount Gay regatta, marking the start of the Caribbean racing season. We currently have 23 yachts registered, with a strong mix of regional and international entries.
The racing programme includes:
- Three days of coastal racing
- The iconic Round Barbados Race
- An optional feeder race from Barbados to Carriacou
Event dates: 17–21 January 2026
Feeder race: 22 January 2026
The event welcomes a wide range of yachts, from performance cruisers and multihulls to classic and racing yachts, and is complemented by a vibrant social programme ashore. We would greatly appreciate it if you could share the attached racing and social events schedule with your members and encourage interested skippers and owners to get in touch with us or proceed with registration.
