Antigua Yacht Club had a total of six Optimist Sailors for the 16th annual Sol St. Maarten Optimist Championship 2021 on 30th October to 31st October.
Patrick Greensmith gave it a clean sweep coming in overall Winner 1st place following his team mates Emily Gaillard 2nd place , Alistair Knoblauch 3rd place ,and Carrack Jones 4th place in the blue fleet. In the orange fleet with an outstanding performance was Tyden Jones, winner 1st place and Henry Greensmith 2nd place. The weather condition was perfect and fantastic and they were coached by Karl James at the event.
Thanking the AYC Board for the part sponsorship, parents were very appreciative of the support.
Head coach, Karl James and his assistant coaches are molding the children to a great future , focus and better performance.
