NOTICE OF RACE
AYC MINI DINGHY REGATTA
SUNDAY 8th FEBRUARY 2026
The Antigua Yacht Club is hosting a Mini Dinghy Regatta .
RULES: Racing will be governed by the 2025-2028 WS Racing Rules of Sailing, the ILCA , Optimist , Fusion Rs Venture Class Rules, the prescription of the race committee, and by the sailing instructions.
REGATTA WAIVER & ENTRY FEE:
Regatta Waivers must be reviewed and signed by all parents/guardians of sailors 17 years of age and under. Any sailor 18 years and older can sign the waiver.
We have a limited number of boats for members, please pay your entry fees at the office by Wednesday 4th February, 2026 by 4pm. Fees can also be paid online via ECAB. Please enquire with the office.
Payment secures a spot.

Entry Fee – EC$ 25 for all Sailors up 18 & EC$ 50 Sailors over 19. Sailors enrolled in the Sunday class will be exempt.
SCHEDULE: Set up and briefing will be at 8:30 a.m.
Warning for the first start will not be before 9:30a.m on Sunday
EQUIPMENT: The racing will be sailed in ILCA 4,6 ,7 ,Optimist ,Fusion and Venture
If one has a preference in equipment, you are more than welcome to bring your own.
COURSE & NO. OF RACES: The races will be sailed in Falmouth Harbour and will be Trapezoid or Windward/Leeward. The course will be given in the sailing instructions. There will be a maximum of 5 races .
PRIZES & SCORING: Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. if less than 4 boats in the class only 1st place shall be awarded. Scoring will be in accordance with Appendix A.
