We may be a small island but with the Optimist World Championship this July, Antigua have set a new world record for the number of countries registered for a single class regatta. 64 countries will be bringing 262 competitors to sail in the competition to be crowned World Champion, beating the previous record held by Thailand by 2.
We are extremely proud of this achievement and can’t wait to welcome all 64 countries to our island!
