We regret to announce the death of Bill Fowler who passed away at the grand age of 94
Bill was a Norfolk man and marine architect
In the 70’s with his wife Patsy they sailed to Antigua in their
one of a kind boat ‘Zicale” and settled in English Harbour.
Bill was for many,many years the measurer and a leading
officer of the yacht club. He will be well remembered by
all his friends here and for his contributions to racing in
Antigua and especially for the killer rum punch served after
the Thursday races.!! Farewell and fair winds
